A wedding planner is there to help ease your planning burden, save you time and stress whilst planning your wedding. We want you to enjoy the process along with the build up to your big day. We will also be on site at your wedding to make sure everything runs smoothly so you can enjoy your day with your loved ones.

Our clients are usually couples that are professionals or entrepreneurs who are short on time or busy with work schedules and social lives. It is easier to hand the planning over to a professional to look after the details for you.

Absolutely! 100%! The wedding is all about you as a couple, it is a reflection of you both that your guests will look back on for the years to come. You put a great deal of emotion, time and money into creating the day you have always dreamed of; we are simply there to listen to all of your ideas, desires and work alongside you to bring your vision to life.

We will advise you, be open and honest if things won’t work or aren’t possible. We are there every step of the way to find the right solution. We will always have your best interest at heart.

All the decisions will be yours to make; we are there to do all the research, provide you the best options and make everything easier for you both!

Having worked as both, we always suggest having a wedding planner as well as a venue coordinator as they both have different jobs. The venue coordinator is employed by the venue with the priority of making sure the venue’s side is running correctly. Your wedding planner is employed by you, works for you and is there to make sure every detail is correct.
Of course! Once the contact form is received, we share our detailed questionnaire for you to complete and return. When it is received, we then schedule a meeting to discuss your wedding, get to know each other a bit better, how we work and your ideas for your wedding day based on the details provided. We then suggest the best service for you and your partner.

Of course! No matter which planning service you book, our Senior Planner & Designer will be there on the day to coordinate.

Yes! We would be happy to plan these for you at an additional fee.
Following our consultation, you will receive a quote and contract outlining all fees. Depending on the location of your wedding or party, we may need to charge travel or accommodation expenses, and in some cases additional members of staff. Whatever the case maybe, all of this would be mentioned prior to confirming your booking; you’d be aware of what would be applicable to you.
The sooner the better! We suggest hiring a planner before you confirm your venue as we maybe able to find you some hidden gems that tick all of your boxes. In order to make sure we can offer your wedding our undivided attention, we limit the amount of full planning clients we take on each year.
Not at all! We are here to help no matter what stage of your planning you are at; we can tailor our services to meet your needs. So, if you have already booked a venue but think you could use a planners help for the rest, no problem!
