- Negotiating and checking all vendors’ contracts before signing (where necessary)

Full Planning
Our services begin once you’ve gotten engaged and need an expert to plan and execute your special day. This includes:
- Initial consultation to explain the planning & coordination process
- Monthly scheduled one-on-one meetings, phone calls and emails from the date of contract
- Researching, suggesting and setting up meetings with all vendors for the clients and consulting every step of the way
- Booking of venue and attending site visits with vendors
- Development, management and assessment of your budget
- Ensuring that wedding etiquette is met, and proper religious requirements, licenses and police permits are acquired
- Rehearsal coordination and execution
- Creation of wedding day timeline
- Day-of event coordination and execution
Partial Planning
Our services begin four months before your special day, after you’ve already handled some wedding planning. This includes:
- Initial consultation to explain the planning & coordination process
- Monthly scheduled one-on-one meetings, phone calls and emails from the date of contract
- Researching, suggesting and setting up meetings with all vendors for the clients and consulting every step of the way
- Development, management and assessment of your budget

Month-Of Coordination
Our services begin four weeks before your special day, after you’ve planned your wedding and need an expert to bring your vision to life on the day of. This includes:
- Meeting to discuss plans for the day
- Liaising with vendors to ensure everything is in order
- Site visit with you and all vendors handling setup and logistics
- Wedding Day Timeline to guide you through the day’s events
- Ceremony rehearsal
- Monitor set-up of location and vendor coordination
- Handling all enquiries and requests from couple, wedding party, vendors and guests
- Coordinate seating of guests, procession and recession, and reception activities
- Ensuring placement and collection of all wedding day essentials
